Break-down

Booth Location & Floor Plan:
Exhibitors will be provided with their booth number and floor plan upon check-in to the event. 
Gold, Silver and Special Sponsors: We will contact you in a separate email to confirm your requested booth.

Set-up & Breakdown:

Please arrive no earlier than 10:30 AM. Exhibitors should use the set of glass double-doors on the Mauka side of the Exhibition Hall for entrance and exit. Parking stalls in this area are for loading and unloading only (no event parking) as space is limited.

Exhibits must be dismantled and removed by 8:00 PM. Please note that your commitment is until 7:00 PM, so please do not plan to break down before the end of the event.

Event Parking:

With the exception of loading and unloading, exhibitors should park in the event parking area. The parking fee $8.

Name Badges:

Name badges will be required for every member of your “Meet & Greet” team, and will be provided by Hawaiiana at vendor check-in. Vendor teams are limited to 4 persons per table.
